Victim: Pum.Bad.Proxy won't go away. Trying
to fix this laptop (Toshiba) running Windows 7 Home Premium. Malwarebytes identified Pum.Bad.Proxy. I "quarantined and deleted"
it. But it keeps coming back. I've scanned in Safe mode with an without
networking, Run Roguekiller, AdwCleaner, Windows all-in-one repair tool,
Hitmanpro, Uunk Removal Software Tool, and even tried to hunt the devil down in
the registry (following other online instructions) to no avail. How do I get rid of this joker permanently?
